I can say in all honesty that Brady looked great. Barring injury, I would guess he will be in Tampa for maybe three years and get to atleast one NFC title game at a minimum.

Well, Brady's QB rating for the game was 78.3
And he picked up a lot of extra stats including a TD pass, on a late drive during garbage time when the Saints had an insurmountable lead.
Of course one game does not a season make, so we shall see.

I've watched him forever. Last season I was in the minority in saying that he hadn't had a drop-off. I'm not even talking about "stats". For a guy who has compiled a lot of stats, Brady is all about wins. He looked great.
Lol. Just look at tape of the Panthers and you have Cam figured out. Fitzmagic is either 5 touchdown passes or 3 interceptions. Today was 3 interceptions.

This is correct. I have watched 98% of Bradys career games. He looked fine yesterday. there will be growing pains with him entering a new offense and working with new players, but physically/mentally, I do not see a dropoff. He still has good footwork in the pocket. A sure sign of QB drop off due to age is the happy feet that always seem to come when the end is near. He also still has the fastball when he needs it.
Decision making is still crisp and fast. that is where Brady has really always shone. I think that by mid season, this offense will gel and possibly become a juggernaut if injuries do not interfere. there are so many weapons for him to use.
Brady joined the elite company of Matt Schaub and Blaine Garrett yesterday as the only QBs in NFL history to throw a pick 6 in three consecutive games.

A bit of a harsh insult towards Tom Brady, in my opinion. I know Belichick yelled at Brady as well, but i doubt if Belichick ever questioned his heart, which Arians appears to do here.
Does Tom Brady really need this abuse at this point in his life?
I said it before, and i'll say it again...Brady should have retired.

BTW, all those years of myself playing football, i never heard a coach question a player's heart. Now did some players out there during summer football practice prove themselves not worthy of playing the tough game of football, and either quit or were cut? Yes, of course but even with these players the coaches never stated that they didn't have enough "grit" or "determination" or some other derogatory comment questioning their heart.

I'll say it's amazing that they played that many games in just a couple weeks.
Tampa had to play one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the league with all new people and no pre season.
New England had to play Miami (fitzpatrick ) bottom 3 team ( if you don't include teams from Ohio)
If Cam gets pounded like that every game we will have Brian Hoyer starting the second half of the season
You may be right...but almost everybody out there thought Brady and his Bucs were going to get off to a hot start. Yes the Bucs had a good win today. But sorry Brady fans, these stats and an 80.3 rating are basically nothing more than a serviceable quarterback.
Brady fans were saying all off season that their boy was going to get off to a red hot start this season. Well so far he hasn't, and that is a fact.
BTW, did any Brady fans move from the New England area to Tampa Bay this off season to be with their hero? I can envision the off season family conversation.....
Wife: Honey, why are we having to move when we've lived in New England our entire lives, we love the area, we have our family here and many friends, and our kids love their school and their friends?

Belichick has a better chance of having a good season than Brady does. Unfortunately Brady has lost half a step, and it’s showing.

I admit it, with the Eagles in the tank at 0-2 and looking horrible, I'm in a bad mood and have to smack something...might as well be Patriot/Brady fans.
All those free games on TV today ( free NFL package this year) and I was not even tempted to watch those overpaid players and I did not even care. I did watch the Red Sox though and saw some hope for next year with the young players trying to win a spot on the roster next year. That too was free and no one was kneeling.

Don't forget also that Brady has a lot wear and tear on his body. He's played in a number of 19-20 game seasons, and that extra 3-4 games each season is a lot of extra wear and tear when you've already played 16 games.
Frankly, it's a high compliment to Brady that he is still a serviceable quarterback in the NFL considering the mentioned factors and his age.
Sorry to say that it's probably an easy call, that Brady will tail off possibly badly in the second half of the season. It would only be natural. If he doesn't, i think it would be pretty remarkable.

Considering the NFL pre-game shenanigans going on with we all know what, and the Eagles looking dreadful, that's a tough combination for me to have a desire to be watching NFL football at this time.
But i won't despair too much because the Big Ten season will be coming soon.

Did you watch the game? Bradys numbers would have been significantly better had his receivers not dropped two touchdowns and had another receiver not had a long pass bounce off his helmet.

Yes, he had a touchdown late in the game that would have sealed it, but the receiver dropped it. No excuses for the receiver. He had other one in the end zone that a good receiver would have nabbed.
But he did make and overthrow that ended in an interception.

And if Cam gets hit 15 times a game Stidham will be starting week 4.
"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
you mean Hoyer . The team fell out of love with Stidham his wife talks too much on the internet and plus he is more fragile than Carson Wentz
Really? Tell me more.
"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
oh yeah look her up kennedy stidham shes one of those wives going to run her mouth and talk her husband into the unemployment line
Tom Brady 23/35 217 6.2 1 1 0-0 53.6 80.3
Brady fan: Because Tom Brady is playing for Tampa Bay that's why, now shaddap and pack, and quiet down those crying kids.
Who would move to Tampa Bay for any reason?
This whole thang of yours seems like sour grapes for backing a ginger
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
We should have a watch count on Brady/Belichick wins. So far they are tied at one.
Yes, he had a touchdown late in the game that would have sealed it, but the receiver dropped it. No excuses for the receiver. He had other one in the end zone that a good receiver would have nabbed.
But he did make and overthrow that ended in an interception.
