I’ve been chatting on and off through PM’s with Bill for a couple years now and you’re absolutely right, not only is he a wealth of knowledge, but he’s always happy to take the time and share. I’ve learned a great deal from him.

Bill is one of the most kind and helpful people I have ever meet in this hobby. I trust his grading skills more than anyone. I think he wins an award every year for a different display he sets up at Fun in January.
Bill is like a walking library of history books and is always willing to share. One of the good guys for sure.

Three hours without activity is simply not acceptable.

He didn't start a "goodbye" thread, so that's a good sign...
If he was going to be gone for 3hrs, he should have.

He does not strike me as the "goodbye thread" type.

Absolutely agree. A class act.
I think it's been established at this point that old Bill is one swell fellow and is not m.i.a. or a.w.o.l. So.....Why do you ask?
