I'm pretty sure think I saw him post this morning in the Roanoke thread
Calling @BillJones
“We are only their care-takers,” he posed, “if we take good care of them, then centuries from now they may still be here … ”

Speaking of which, any signs of Exbrit lately?
Three hours without activity is simply not acceptable.

@BillJones... Is active pretty much on a daily basis, with good, factual information. His posts always contain educational merit. Cheers, RickO

He didn't start a "goodbye" thread, so that's a good sign...
If he was going to be gone for 3hrs, he should have.

Bill Jones has five stars if my memory serves me correctly.
Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.-Albert Einstein
I’ve been chatting on and off through PM’s with Bill for a couple years now and you’re absolutely right, not only is he a wealth of knowledge, but he’s always happy to take the time and share. I’ve learned a great deal from him.
Collector of randomness. Photographer at PCGS. Lover of Harry Potter.
He does not strike me as the "goodbye thread" type.
He was active just a few hours ago...

Guess I didn't notice - or maybe just haven't read those threads.
Anyways thanks for the info.

<<<<<<<<Zing!>>>>>>>>
Bill knows his stuff about coins.
I knew it would happen.
Bill is one of the most kind and helpful people I have ever meet in this hobby. I trust his grading skills more than anyone. I think he wins an award every year for a different display he sets up at Fun in January.
Bill is like a walking library of history books and is always willing to share. One of the good guys for sure.
Absolutely agree. A class act.
I think it's been established at this point that old Bill is one swell fellow and is not m.i.a. or a.w.o.l. So.....Why do you ask?
