Looking down from the "new" highway bridge that now connects Nevada and Arizona supplementing the road on top of Hoover Dam from decades past.

And now down at the level of the top of Hoover Dam including views from the original crossing road on top of Hoover Dam.

And the Spillway built to prevent the Colorado River waters feeding Lake Mead from ever reaching the top of the Dam. There is one on each side and they empty into huge tunnels that allow the waters exit to the river below the Dam.

Once crossing on the road on top of Hoover Dam from Nevada, Arizona welcomes.

Just up the hillside above Hoover Dam is the Lake Mead lookout.

With a coyote welcoming us at the lookout.

And then a short time later as we exited the Hoover Dam site, Big Horn Sheep made their appearance.

A few months ago I told you all how the Canadian Gov't sent me my grandfather's WWII records. There was a photocopy of the personnel photo in the packet, so I asked them if they could send me a high resolution photo. They outsource that kind of work, but they actually provided me with the pic. Didn't need much cleaning up, either. Worth the $25CAD and the months long wait.

Exactly one year ago in March of 2020 I was able to capture, as posted below, this photo of the Hoover Dam. I post it here to allow a comparison with the above photos I just took this March of 2021. While taken from different vantage points, one can compare the evident water levels then and now.

Whenever I see a pic of a WW2 Canadian soldier, I think of this pic titled "Wait for me daddy." Image is on a coin.

I always wonder how many heroes in this picture never made it back home.

That combo looks like a mouse trap.
Has anyone ever used that set up.
Looks similar to those plastic chairs made from one mold you see at BBQ's.
On a hot day let the fun begin. You'll be playing Twister with a sun dial.

Amazing! And I was just reading today in God's Word about "Leviathan" too.
