Many of us thought that PCGS was grading tough last year - especially me on MY coins! So, now that Miles Standish rejoined PCGS, has anyone noticed any change in how tough PCGS is grading, and if so, any particular coins or series getting tougher or easier? -

Has anyone seen the 1889-CC Morgan that PCGS has graded MS68 in person?
It's deeply toned, and doesn't seem to photogragh well. Is it really a 68? I'm not an expert, but everytime a see a picture of the coin, it never really is what I have in mind when I think of a 68. Seth
