PGA grading service? Possible scam

I just ran across a 1955 rookie card of Sandy Koufax. This doesn't look right. Item # 180199048219

Looks like it's probably a real card but maybe overgraded by 3 or 4 grades.

    Link to Photoshopped Koufax Rookie

Looks like someone did some photoshopping on this one for sure. The card is probably like a 5 and they put it in a "PGA" holder. Not that it would bring more money or anything, so why go through the trouble?

Lower Tier Grading Company - Koufax Linky

There are a lot of these lower-tiered grading companies popping up. This is one of them. I would expect at least 2 grades lower if submitted to PSA, BGS, or SGC and also the potential for trimmed or altered cards.

    Good luck.

The only scam is that they actually holder and "grade" cards.

    Good Day,
You guy's are too generous, if I submitted it it would be a 4, maybe 5 on a good day.
