1952 Topps Popped Sent and Scanned. 44 Total

Hey guys, hope all is well. Just got back my biggest '52 topps submission I've ever sent in, 45 cards. Less than two weeks from log in to sent, very nice. Compared to others here I really don't submit a whole lot but I can say this,

they are definitely tougher on grading than they used to and to be honest I'd rather have them tough than lenient. Because I'm here to tell you I've got some gorgeous looking "5's" LOL. Not complaining as they will look great in

my set. Went from 97 to 80 on the registery so I'm glad to get out of the 90's. EOT on the Premesa of which I was suspicious, should of went with my hunch and held it back. Got five 5.5's, ugh! Throw me a 6 bone guys, Haa. I

seem to receive several half grades when I submit as I got 8 this time. That's it, nice to see them in a slab after having them all these years and on to the next batch to send in within the next few months. Take care fellas. Doug

    Thanks for taking to time to put together the scans. Your cards are simply gorgeous. Even as a guy born in the 70s, I have to say it doesn't get any better. Topps really nailed it on the first try. Congrats on the move up the charts.
    Always buying 1971 OPC Baseball packs.

    I think this is by far one of the best looking sets of cards ever.

    Everyone should take your example and post scans with their
    pops. If you had just posted the grades, people wouldn't be
    able to see just how awesome those 5's look.

    Doug ... those have to be some of the best "5s" I have ever seen. All those cards look AWESOME! I love to see that set in nice condition. Thanks for sharing.

    Nice scans, congrats. Love the Feller regardless of the grade. I'm jealous of how your Garagiola graded out with a 7; seems like whenever I submit something comparable, I get an OC qualifier when it is 2 directions of OC rather than just one direction.

    Yeah the Feller has a slight roller crease on the bottom edge. I also have him in a 5 but the 4 looks better so I'm keeping both for now. The Garagiola was close to OC but I thought there was enough border on the top and right. Defintely an 8 if centered with sharp corners. Thanks for the compliments everyone, appreciated. Doug

    Super looking cards...the centering is really nice on all of them. They must have been hand picked by you a while back. Your set is really coming along nicely.
