Has anyone seen the 1889-CC Morgan that PCGS has graded MS68 in person?

It's deeply toned, and doesn't seem to photogragh well. Is it really a 68? I'm not an expert, but everytime a see a picture of the coin, it never really is what I have in mind when I think of a 68.

I'm not a Morgan expert, but I don't see how any Morgan can be graded MS 68 when the hair over Miss Liberty's ear is as soft as it is on this particular coin. In terms of marks, the obverse appears surprisingly clean for a Carson City Morgan. With that toning, however, who knows what kind of eye appeal this coin actually has.
