I don't think that's a milk spot, but I also don't think it's coming off. That said, it might be slightly improvable, and much of the other stuff in the field might also be, too. why wait for a long term single profit? Bullion banks (spot price market makers, JPM et. all) make a whole lot more profit when they let it go up via "natural forces" (supply and demand), sell and collect this week's profit, then knock it back down with their futures exchange (where spot price is determined) "trading"… -

I don't think that it would come back as a 65 if you cracked it out. IMO those spots look like milk spots and won't come off. Although I have heard that someone around here on these boards knows how to get them off without hurting he coin. But I am not sure who it was or how true that may be. -

An acetone bath on ASE's when done upon receipt from the mint, will prevent milk spots.
