  Mintmark raises flags with me. Seems too close to the "C."

  I wouldn't touch it. It will not cross.

  There is no "AT" or "NT". We only have "market acceptable" or "not market acceptable.

  It would cross at any grade ... just not that grade

  I've seen this coin before- I believe the toning is real but PCGS would probably only cross as a 64.
