    Highly doubtful, questionable color at a minimum.

    Mintmark raises flags with me. Seems too close to the "C."

    I wouldn't touch it. It will not cross.
    There is no "AT" or "NT". We only have "market acceptable" or "not market acceptable.

    I sure don't like the ugly thing!

    It would cross at any grade ... just not that grade image

    BTW, I think the color would fly ... but I'm no expert on this series

    I've seen this coin before- I believe the toning is real but PCGS would probably only cross as a 64.image
