Im not big on Harrison, but Im sure he is a scrub, you guys are making out big time! To think, what if the super sp was Soto or Fu*udome? 1500? 2 grand?
If anyone is still trying to complete their High number set (base, SPs, chromes, refractors, game used) check out my web site that I just now updated...

I have a refractor and two chromes. All three have his name misspelled.

Was just checking my Topps redemptions page and saw this:
Al Kaline Real One Special Edition AU ROA-AK-SED 2008 Topps Heritage Baseball Status: Shipped Shipping Information: Shipped Via: USPS FIRST CLASS LETTER CERTIFIED
I have seen Kaline autos live on ebay, so they are definitely being sent out. I would not expect the Darrell Rasner autos to be produced. He was listed on the Real One checklist, but I haven't seen any of his autos. There is a redemption for a Rasner / Skowron dual /25, along with possibly some Rasner CC autos /25, but since he is now playing in Japan, I don't have much faith in Topps.
Also, Maicer Izturis' card is misspelled. Itzuris on the front, Izturis on the back.
I've seen a few eBay sellers auctioning Heritage high number jumbo packs containing thirteen Heritage and two Topps U&H. Where are these from? All the hobby, retail, and blaster box packs I've seen have had six Heritage, not thirteen. Just curious.

My hobby shop has the jumbo hobby packs for $10 a pop.
And I think the serial numbering is pretty interesting. The first couple that surfaced were around 0150/1959, then one showed up that was 0002/1959. That indicates to me that there are at least ~200 copies of this card. Theres something fishy going on.

usually jumbo packs have 48-50 cards in them. that's kind of a small Jumbo even with the extra thickness of Heritage cards

It's actually 13 heritage cards and 3 U&H cards, and Walmart had/has them for $5.99 each.

A guy on the Topps' forum says he has 0143/1959. The four currently on eBay all are 0172/1959 or lower. Where did the cards currently available come from: hobby, retail, or blaster boxes?
This doesn't relate to the 2008 High Numbers, but I do have a question for the Heritage experts on the board. In trying to complete the autograph sets, there are a couple which I haven't seen a single time in the now 3 years I have been collecting them. If someone can confirm that the 2004 Harry Elliott and 2006 Lou Kretlow autos do in fact exist, I would greatly appreciate it.
Yeah, I see them at Target all the time. I think it's 13 Heritage cards and 3 of the regular U&H cards. I got 2 of them and, I think, they were $4.99 per (hmmm, maybe $5.99 now that I think of it).
Jason, go pick up the case yourself. Weather delays, pshaw!
To answer boiler75, I am 100% certain that the Harry Elliott auto does not exist. There are other autos on the 2006 checklist which I don't think exist - Brooks Robinson, Jerry Schoonmaker, Ken Kuhn, Lou Kretlow, and Rene Valdes are all still on my checklist.
Nick..you da man, Those odds sucks for 5 bucks, you can buy a hobby pack for less with better odds...the only thing that has better odds than hobby are the rarer relic cards, which ironically sell better than the autos at times!

Thanks Kevin >>
The group A relics are actually starting to outsell the duals in some cases. I'm pretty sure the last couple of Kalines & Cepedas sold for more than the Kaline/Granderson and Cepeda/Lewis duals. I've picked up all of the group B vintage relics but haven't sniffed a single group A yet. I refuse to pay $100+ for those. I'll pick 'em off eventually.

got 1 more on the way and then I think I'm done until February
also bought one of those Hot Packs I always see for sale - that showed up today too. Had A Derrek Lee jersey/w stripe in it. Figured what the hell, it was $6.99. At least there's no fingernail marks on it

not a Wanted Man, guess I'll have to go Back For More
Round and Round we go
I think that is really classy of you to change your BIN from $499 to $899 on the Hairston. That could really help ArchStanton on his listing.

According to UPS, it's in Spokane, and subject to "Adverse Weather Conditions." Doesn't bode well...
Let's hope it shows up.

2) If they are heritage jumbos, at 6 bucks a pack the odds would have to be better than hobby packs!
