I think I see luster in there, the obverse strike is a little on the weak side (Typical ?) and the only major mark I see is about 5 o'clock on the obverse rim.
MS65. I see no reason why this isn't a gem coin from the photo presented. I'm not that saavy on determining the minute variations in strike that could be grade limiting, but this one appears decently struck to me.

Poorly lit and photographed, but it throws enough of the right light to convince me it has luster to burn. Nice color, too. The strike is just OK. I'll go MS64, and if that's the case I wouldn't bother cracking out trying to get 65, because it wouldn't make it....
Hard to tell from the pic. Bet it has good luster. Hard to determine any hits other than already noted on the obverse rim. Stike is so-so, but I'll still go w/ a 65 - would be awful lot of luster for a 64.
Being in an OGH...they might have given it a 64...but it deserves a 65...at least based on the pics...
Re: Slabbed coins - There are some coins that LIVE within clear plastic and wear their labels with pride... while there are others that HIDE behind scratched plastic and are simply dragged along by a label. Then there are those coins that simply hang out, naked and free

Sweet coin!
The horn looks to have been struck at tad weak... unless it's the photo.
If 'in hand' the coins looks like the horn was struck weak then I'd say MS62
If it's just the photo and the horn is struck better than I'd lean toward MS64
Either way... freaking nice Buffalo!
slabed grade = ms-63
weird digi-pics though.......
