I have a set (minus the 75 SP's) for sale if anyone is interested.

It contains the black backs and matching green backs as well as the base set.

I don't have complete sets of the news set, etc....but am willing to toss in what I do for each of those silly little subsets.

Has anyone else found the centering to be terrible on Heritage or did I just get a bad run of cards? For some reason I keep getting #485 SP and centering is 75/25, or worse, side to side on all four and centering is poor on probably 20% of all the cards I've gotten. Will Topps replace cards because of the centering?

Andruw Jones , Hu and I believe a couple of rookies are in the second hundred . I can't seem to link the checklist but if you Google 2008 Topps Heritage Chrome Checklist it will come up in the search field.

Other notables include Howard, Soriano, Pedro, Mariano Rivera, Damon, Pettite, Glavine, Beltran, Randy Johnson, Maddux, Shefield, Abreu, Hughes,and Melky .

Back in 2006, I found myself two sp's short of the set, Ben Sheets and Troy Glaus.

Fast forward to 2008, and I'm two sp's short again, 427 and 496.

I don't have much to trade outside a handful of chromes and a few clubhouse collection cards, but if anyone has these two extras, I'll find something you need or be happy to paypal you some money.

I'd hate to end up two short again.

Nice card, Stuart. You're right, there aren't any current or closed auctions to compare that exact card. However, to guage the price, you could compare a couple of closed auctions for the red ink /59 autos, which have closed at around $135 apiece. I did a quick eBay search for similar /25 autos of other players.

Just opened my first two packs - my wife got them for me from Target . Heritage is a lot of fun, and I especially like the Target T205 inserts. Not a big money insert or anything, but I pulled one of Vlad and really got a kick out of it.
