Tell me how someone can buy an item like this and take the risk of it not being cleaned? If it is cleaned, would it not be worth between $700-$1000?

Yep, it has that phrase to try and make you think they would never do anything dishonest because they don't know anything
about coins and then throw in a nice home spun story about a relative and some other collectable stuff to make you think they
are a simple down home upright person and then a dealer story to try and show a contrast between their honesty and
what someone else might do. It has all the tricks and elements that some people will fall for.

yup. i have watched this person bid on some very odd half eagles
for big money when i would have never ever considered purchasing
them even if i had the spare cash.
look for another pcgs submission with 8 coins and 7 BBs.
