What new area do you plan to collect in 2007?

Or do you plan no change from what you are collecting now?
Anything you plan to drop?
Anything you plan to drop?

I'm saving all my money for the platimum W uncirc unreeded proof obverse business reverse first strike with original Fedex bar-coded box.
And besides, what's wrong with errors, half cents, and assay commission medals? Plus assorted exonumia and colonials. And books.

I just want to get new dates and see what can be accomplished. I don't think I'll be buying as many coins this next year and probably won't spend more than $1k because of college and such.

Similar to the coin below my sig line.
<< <i>Well, I have no idea where 2007 will bring me. I had planned on starting my modern coin collection because I'll be heading off to college, but after a recent purchase my mind is looking to turn. I might start a CBHDime collection, or atleast buy my first one (one of the last few type coins I need). I just picked up my first Flowing Hair Half Dollar, it's SWEET!!! >>
I hope you go for the CBHD collection, that's my area of concentration now, next year, the year after, and so on. I'll keep plugging away at the CBHD collection by die marriage and remarriage, along with an upgrade in my Dansco 7070 every so often.
<< <i>For 2007, I think I might start collecting bright rainbow toned ngc/pcgs ms65 morgans, Unlimited profit potential when one has the right colors..
777, there's even more profit potential when you start with white coins and make them rainbow toned.

You just may be on to something here. Try finding a few really nice with superior eye-appeal Battle Creek Morgans for the right price. I think those are the "definition" of Unlimited Profit Potential.
I do know for sure that I am cutting back on new U.S. Mint offerings in 2007. Subscriptions canceled - No more proof sets for me and one mint set only.
Here's the latest completed multi-holder idea.
Maryland Error Quarter Set #1 (#2 is already in process but won't likely be completed until '08):
collections: Maryland related coins & exonumia, 7070 Type set, and Video Arcade Tokens.

I won't be spending a cent on the politically correct 'First Hag' series, I can tell you that much!
