Then I'll vote #1 which is obviously wrong.

It is not the same coin, and one is graded DCAM. As I noted, they were graded at least three years apart.

Does it bother you that nobody trusts you?
I voted the obvious. If either of them is DCAM, it's #1. But I have a feeling there's more to the story........

Frankies were one of the first. And it was before Y2K. I think I recall green label DCAM Frankies so that would put it before 1996. Anyway it isn't an issue here.

You mean the first coin.... correct?
Cha Ching! Russ, did you retrieve this from one of the many proof sets you're notorious for acquiring? Just curious!

It was one of three PCGS PR66CAMs that I picked off on Teletrade. Somebody had submitted them with crappy flips, so they hazed over and got graded low. I cracked them out, dipped them and resubmitted them. The others went 68CAM and 66CAM.

I guess this is one case where dipping helped. It sure helped the value of that coin.
<< <i>It sure looks like it is harder to get a DCAM now, or was easier then. >>
Harder now ... found that out with a few PL & DMPL Morgans I submitted recently.

<< <i>When did PCGS start designating DCAM? >>
I called them some months ago with this very question. The Customer Service Rep., after checking, told me he thought it was 1991 for Cameo and about a year later for Deep Cameo.
