what is your ebay user i.d. ?

They NARU'ed me without telling me who was complaining. I received no notice that I had an unresolved transaction...just BAM! naru'ed, and no further info, except the item # in which 100 people were buyers!

If one person complains you won't get kicked off. You must have had mutiple negs and this one brought about you getting kicked off. hence your private feedback.....Don't lie. How many negatives did you have?

    Cameron Kiefer

I had 2 negative feedbacks, with about 94% positive. I just dont understand why I haven't been given more information!

please, do you guys know ebay's phone #? I am an honest and good person, and only want to make this right, but how can i do it with no info on who is complaining?

It appears that he received his first neg this week as well as his second (from two different sellers). Before that time, it appears he had several neutrals, but no other negs.

Jeez, how about putting the judgement aside and answering the guy's question?

The phone number I have for eBay customer service is 888-749-3229. Good luck.

Do you realize how many negatives it takes to have a rating of 92.9? Bro, you've got a lot of people pissed at you and the ONE that knows the truth and WHY this is, is YOU! 92.9% sucks! Too many shady deals there Sammy Boy.

It's people like you that hurt legitimate sellers. I don't know you nor do I want to but with #s like that, it sure seems like you've been doing SOMETHING wrong on a regular basis! Instead of hollering "Please, Lord God" NOW, maybe you should have played it straight all along.

I suppose ALL the people that left negatives and gracious negatives are all wrong and you're innocent as can be! RIGHT!

And another thing. ANY man that finds it hilarious that another man's home was broken into and his goods stolen, speaks volumes about you.

Even if it were on the up-and-up, I never trust those "grab bag" auctions anyway. No matter how ethically they're set up, and even if they *do* sometimes give out very valuable coins, there will be disgruntled customers who grossly overpaid for a few XF 1957-D wheaties. These are more likely to neg you, I think, even if you run the sale as advertised.

As the winner of multiple lots on one of your dutch auctions (Which in the end I opted to just leave no feedback for at all), from what I observed of the communications and product/packaging, I honestly believe you got yourself in way over your head. Instead of crying foul, I suggest you do your best to resolve the situation to the best of your ability, fulfill all outstanding transactions, and re-evaluate your liquidation plan.

    Cheers,

eBay does not NARU for simple negative feedback. There is something else going on that he is not telling us.

I recieved the exact same composition, 3 common date circulated pennies and two worn out common date jefferson nickels. Best $12 I ever spent! image Oh well, at least it seems he was consistant.

Typical lottery auction scammer. Shows a slabbed bust coin, promises a couple of key dates that never get sent out, and then whines when eBay catches on and rightfully suspends him. I see one guy paid $12 for about 50¢ worth of coins. That is significant misrepresentation and eBay will boot people who do that. You may as well forget about being reinstated. Make an honest buck.

Sounds like the guy who didn't pay me...he was NARU'd and then begged for forgiveness so Ebay would let him back on...I said the same thing, "For you to have been banned, there was two others before me.

I remember a deadbeat doing this to me. I filed an NPB on him, and two others did at almost the same time, and *poof* -- NARUville for you, pal.

He said his son was messing with his computer (and eBay ID/password, apparently) and placed the bid on the coin (I think it was around $300). A couple months later, he wrote to me asking if I'd retract the NPB or otherwise remove my dispute with him. I never responded.

I've gotten that excuse before. I suppose the "son" also intercepted the three different invoices I sent the guy, but somehow forgot to intercept the NPB notice he responded to.

I remember a few years ago, when someone ripped me off on Ebay.
He got NARU'd right away and about 2 months later he popped back up again.
That's when I got to leave my negative feedback.
I don't think he was up 1 day.
I don't know if that would work today, Ebay may have blocked it now.
But at the time it was still within the 90 day limit.
At the time I won the auction, he had only one old negative. Right afterwards, he suddenly had something like 10 hostile negatives
hit all at once. Before I could do anything, he was Naru'd. But thanks to the 90 day limit at that time, I got to leave a negative later anyway.

Even on eBay there is a limit of how many wheat cents you can sell at $2.00 a pop.

I've posted feedback for auctions that had ended 18 months previously. It's very easy. As long as you have the user ID and auction number, all you have to do is go into my eBay, click on feedback, click on leave feedback, then select the single transaction option. Enter the user ID and auction number.

Remember this guy when he kept asking about selling coins in the newspaper and how to sell his bags of thousands of wheat cents?

<< <i>Perhaps you could dump them on other suckers on eBay by selling them for $2.00 each by advertising some kind of retirement sale and hold a lottery style auction, you know the kind where you advertise GOLD-SILVER FOUND and only sell wheat cents? >>

This is a quote from the August thread. It then goes on to say that you would probably be NARU'd for doing this. Gee, I guess he was right. Personally, I'm glad to see that eBay acted to remove another scammer.

By the way ST, I think relayer meant this suggestion in a sarcastic way. You must not have realized that.

Actually, he's in Alabama and they had to put the mule in the barn for the night. Ergo, no electricity till they hook the mule back up in the A.M.

I received responses from 11 buyers in regards to what they received from these auction. Combined, the 11 buyers received:

    422 40's-50-s circulated wheats
    37 circulated Jefferson nickels
    21 circulated silver Roosevelt dimes

A total of 480 coins purchased by 11 buyers for $960 plus shipping. Being generous, they received $26.86 worth of coins. The general consensus from the buyers is it was an outright fraud, and emails to the seller went ignored. They all filed fraud complaints with eBay. And this was just a small sampling. Bottom line is these were fraudulent auctions.
