What I love about this hobby

Anyone can get a lot of satisfaction, no matter how much money you have to spend. I went to Long Beach and spent about $100 and had the time of my life.

I have had a foot in each end of the coin spectrum at one time or another. And I swear I'm enjoying what I'm doing now more.
I've said it before, it's like looking at an old man in public wearing a canary yellow leisure suit and a hat with fishing lures in it---there is a wonderful freedom to knowing you are outside the loop!!
The only absolute I can tell you is if it's making you unhappy--then something's not working right.

Although I will spend hundreds of dollars on individual coins, I had just as much enjoyment spending $0.75 as a kid on lower grade examples. Thus even if I were to win the lottery, I'd have no more fun that I am already.
