What you were told might well be the case, but it contradicts what the product description says. The person you spoke to might have just been giving generic information on the distribution of the coins. Anthough, even that bit of news is an interesting confirmation of something that has been a little vague until now.

The plain wording on the site is that 250,000 coins have been randomly included in the rolls and bags. They didn't add the word ONLY, but they shouldn't need to either. Doesn't say that a portion of the 250k or some of the 250k...I'll find out if I ever get in. But there are ambiguous ways you could say it. For example, "250,000 of the...were minted. They have been included in the bags and rolls."
Edited to add: It does seem like they are saying they were all included in the bags and rolls. This should be interesting - especially if they aren't. LOL.

The wait time is a joke, mine dropped in half before I ordered. Still 23,000 bags left.

Got into the waiting room on the desktop at 10:51. Got into the waiting room at 10:52 on the iPad. Wait time was over an hour on the desktop. iPad was 40 minutes. Same Wi-Fi. Just got my order in for 2 rolls and 2 bags from the iPad. Wait room on the desktop has been flying all over the place. Now it is at 15 minutes. The iPad clocked steadily down with big leaps. Go figure.
Boom...we win.

I'm also curious about the seeding of them. Since they went to backorder, did they hold coins back to seed them later? Or, did they seed the entire mintage (not just bags and rolls) and just need packaging?
I'm not completely trusting the privy distribution, but I bought some anyway. LOL

After about a 30 minute wait, I got in and purchased the HH limit (2 of each), USM23786XXX, confirmed. At one point, my wait time was over 1 hour but got in sooner.

maybe the 1 hour waiting room and backorder status is holding things up.
