New addition to the "better bullion" stack. Of the 16,610 $10 Indians that PCGS has graded AU58, only 65 coins have earned the plus (+).
I bought this coin many years ago and it remains the only 1906 DCAM nickel in any grade graded by PCGS or NGC despite rampant grade inflation. Unfortunately the True Views don’t do it justice.
I have several, these are the only two with pics. The CBH is also 58+. The half eagle is one of my favorite coins, the color and surfaces are outstanding.
Other passions include golf, Moto Guzzi motorcycles, and Euro motorcycles in general.

I believe I own many plus coins with CAC if I sent them in to be reconsidered/regraded However, I don't feel compelled to do so. I can enjoy them as they are presently graded.
I own one classic coin (63+ CAC Eliasberg) that I wish it wasn't plussed when I bought it. It would have likely been cheaper:

My friend “Cat” and I have many discussions about the subjective topic of “maximizing value” of one’s collection. There is no “right or wrong”. Admittedly, the eye appeal of @Catbert ’s coins is so high, that there’s no doubt that when they get put up for sale, bidders will miss out if they expect to get those coins at average pricing based on the labels of those whole-graded coins!

Here’s a beauty that I purchased as my type example from @Desert Moon late last year.
