Now I understand what Deplorable Dan is saying when he says, “when a coin speaks to me”.
This one has an amazing look but all I can hear is “you can’t afford me”!
Last time I heard that line I proved her wrong and avoided the disaster that she became. At the time I couldn’t even afford her lunch now I’m quite sure I can’t. Maybe an all you can eat buffet.
@PocketChange Well it should takeoff because it was a great idea.
It’s making me question my collecting habits. I mean I will always enjoy sending in raw moderns as it has been a Great learning experience wink wink.
This thread will be my go to to make a decision on what to buy/collect first. But it isn’t making it any easier 😊
Nice! I have an AU58+ 1908 Indian $2.50 that I need to send to CAC to get stickered once they open submissions again. Then I'm gonna need yours to start a set.

Not enough space for me. Of my coins eligible for a CAC sticker, I’m at 100%. Of my coins with CAC stickers, well over 60% have a plus grade.
How about a matching pair from a proof set that got torn apart and sold? I have been able to reunite two of the coins so far- actively looking for the others!

A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!
This one is PCGS MS66+ Red, green CAC. It will keep being resubmitted until it comes back a 67! Looks so much better in hand.
"My friends who see my collection sometimes ask what something costs. I tell them and they are in awe at my stupidity." (Baccaruda, 12/03).I find it hard to believe that he (Trump) rushed to some hotel to meet girls of loose morals, although ours are undoubtedly the best in the world. (Putin 1/17) Gone but not forgotten. IGWT, Speedy, Bear, BigE, HokieFore, John Burns, Russ, TahoeDale, Dahlonega, Astrorat, Stewart Blay, Oldhoopster, Broadstruck, Ricko, Big Moose.
Here are some CAC’d plus coins that I have either acquired or “made” (in most cases by submitting a plus coin to CAC, or in the case of the Peace dollar, by getting an upgrade at PCGS) since my last post in this thread.

PF64+ with CAC and Photoseal. Also the Small Letter, High Leaf reverse. Very few known.
She’s a beauty. Is that rim toning from an album or coin roll?
Or you can sell me yours and I'll give you an honorable mention.

Wow Steve- what a gorgeous 09S red IHC!
@Coinscratch The toning isn't as pronounced as the truview would make you think. My guess would be album toning.
Yes, the TVs have been running a little dark in that serial # range.
