Hopefully, the Shipping Contractor is not taking a holiday tomorrow and will still label boxes so that they can hand them off to the USPS on Tuesday.
The last shipping with the Laser Engraved Silver Proof was a delayed fiasco - taking two weeks for them to finally label and hand the coins off to USPS - coins that were already produced and ready for shipment.
I pay the US Mint for First Class Shipping - yet they offer 3rd world handling, contracted by the USPS!

Shipping orders prepared by location (whole pallets per location) as per agreements with shippers regardless of the order in which purchases were made. First and last locations on a revolving basis per product release.
This is the most logical and economical method order of large shipments.

How many locations are used to ship these out?
I'm only aware of one down in the Texas region where these large releases seem to often come from.

What I said is how they are shipped from the distribution center to the individual customers. That is why many have posted that orders from the end of day two are sometimes shipped before the first orders of the first day. The same method and reasoning as presorted mail. Sent to shipper in bulk by zip code or larger area. Shipping programs sort and print shipping labels in batches by area and ones for larger companies and shipments can print in batches which will fill pallet sizes as required by the various shipper. First in first out is just not logical or economical for large shipments of product.
Computers and robots do all the preparation and eventually will do all of the execution.

I wonder why no one has questioned the Navy on their so-called, "250th" Anniversary?? Which is blatantly false.
If a couple get's married and then divorced for 10 years only to re-marry again...are they able to count the 10 years of being divorced toward their future anniversaries totals?
The United States Navy claims October 13, 1775 as the date of its official establishment, when the Second Continental Congress passed a resolution creating the Continental Navy. When the American Revolutionary War ended, the Continental Navy was disbanded.
Under the Presidency of George Washington, merchant shipping came under threat while in the Mediterranean Sea by Barbary pirates from four North African States. This led to the Naval Act of 1794, which finally created a permanent standing U.S. Navy.
Note, This was FOUR years after the creation of the U.S. Revenue Cutter Service (1790) by Alexander Hamilton, predecessor to the United States Coast Guard as we know them today. So, in theory, the United States Coast Guard is technically the oldest, continuous sea going service of the United States.
Further, we could talk about the US Army and their so-called 250th anniversary.
As some may remember, the founders did NOT want a standing Army around at the end of the Revolutionary War - thus the 2nd Amendment - which allowed for citizens to take up arms and create local militias for defense purposes was created. It was not until the War of 1812, where the US Congress decided that it finally needed to fund and keep a standing Army.
Now, about those Marines and their upcoming coin! LOL
The waiting room is very short IMHO/ It took me just 3 mins to complete the order and it took around 6 minutes for the USA ASE. I just a little disappointed that they did not put a bathroom break in the waiting room. When thw process was 1st started, I could have really used it.

History is different from your marriage. In history, the anniversary of an event is counted from the time that event occur up to date, no matter the event was ended or still continues.

Don’t believe 2800 available this AM. Cloudfare still running—so BOTS are not an issue. You just have to have your cart loaded and ready. I’ve been successful over the last several limited products when limits were dropped.

I might be able to share a screenshot when I'm on my other computer. If I recall correctly the actual ATS number I saw was 2,853. It was 1,300+ on Sunday. Cloudfare isn't doing anything to prevent the bots.
Believe me, I used to read these forums and chuckle when people blamed bots - I knew otherwise. But the game has changed since Flowing Hair.

OTOH, if true, that means the Mint is still aggressively canceling those orders, since there is no way the Mint had 2800 bad credit cards, on top of the 2800 they made available on 10/11, given that there is no longer a HHL to violate. In which case, the bots are also just wasting their time at this point.
TBD. Let's see if another 2800 become available in the next few days. It does, however, suck that the Mint cannot just block the bots rather than playing this cat and mouse game with them.

There was a wave of day 1 order cancellations yesterday even though the HHL was lifted.

Right -- who's canceling the orders? The buyers, or the Mint?
I'll give you a hint -- it's the Mint. Because 2800 people gave them bad credit cards, or because the Mint identified them as bots?

Definitely the Mint. Seems like a combo of HHL violations and credit card issues. Post-HHL I doubt bot orders are getting canceled, but I don't know for sure.
I used to read these forums and chuckle when people blamed bots - "I knew otherwise".
so was it bots or not ?
Prior to FH it mostly wasn't bots. Now? It's bots.
