Hopefully, the Shipping Contractor is not taking a holiday tomorrow and will still label boxes so that they can hand them off to the USPS on Tuesday.

The last shipping with the Laser Engraved Silver Proof was a delayed fiasco - taking two weeks for them to finally label and hand the coins off to USPS - coins that were already produced and ready for shipment.

I pay the US Mint for First Class Shipping - yet they offer 3rd world handling, contracted by the USPS!

Funny how the stock market will be open on Columbus Day, but banks and the U.S. Mint will be closed.

I just realized...I'm surprised these coins were actually sold with a federal shutdown in progress.

I'm guessing the shipping contractor is not taking today off, as the tracking label on mine was created this morning

What I said is how they are shipped from the distribution center to the individual customers. That is why many have posted that orders from the end of day two are sometimes shipped before the first orders of the first day. The same method and reasoning as presorted mail. Sent to shipper in bulk by zip code or larger area. Shipping programs sort and print shipping labels in batches by area and ones for larger companies and shipments can print in batches which will fill pallet sizes as required by the various shipper. First in first out is just not logical or economical for large shipments of product.
Computers and robots do all the preparation and eventually will do all of the execution.

The waiting room is very short IMHO/ It took me just 3 mins to complete the order and it took around 6 minutes for the USA ASE. I just a little disappointed that they did not put a bathroom break in the waiting room. When thw process was 1st started, I could have really used it.

I have tracking on 1st 2 from Friday expected delivery date tomorrow.
The other 2 got shipping notification today.

So I have tracking for all 4

It was not until the War of 1812, where the US Congress decided that it finally needed to fund and keep a standing Army.

Now, about those Marines and their upcoming coin! LOL

That is ridiculous if true. The time I took for the page to load from the cart to checkout, had it already out of stock.

I tried and couldn't check out fast enough either. and every 5 times I refreshed the page it checked to see if I was a Bot.

Don’t believe 2800 available this AM. Cloudfare still running—so BOTS are not an issue. You just have to have your cart loaded and ready. I’ve been successful over the last several limited products when limits were dropped.

I might be able to share a screenshot when I'm on my other computer. If I recall correctly the actual ATS number I saw was 2,853. It was 1,300+ on Sunday. Cloudfare isn't doing anything to prevent the bots.

Believe me, I used to read these forums and chuckle when people blamed bots - I knew otherwise. But the game has changed since Flowing Hair.

Prior to FH it mostly wasn't bots. Now? It's bots.

Btw, if you're only going for 1 coin in the morning, you might still get lucky and catch a singleton that falls between the cracks as people scoop up orders of 99, 50, etc.
