He was never given an opportunity to "come back" from the original injury. He was rehabbing when he suffered an unrelated injury. I think the team gave up on him and drafted younger players, making him obsolete. The troubling aspect of it all is that there are so very few players in the NFL, in the entire world of professional sports, who are loyal to a franchise and state clearly that they wish to remain.
My hope is that the team let him sign elsewhere in lieu of chancing a cut somewhere during training camp. However it works out I believe Chubb still has some "game" left in him, I hope he doesn't demonstrate that if/when Houston plays Cleveland. I can tell you this much, Nick Chubb is a good teammate and well liked by fans.

I'm sure he is a great guy but he will never be as good as he was and the Browns were smart to move on from him.
Must have taken driving lessons from Miles Garrett -
" Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was pulled over early Tuesday morning for allegedly driving over 100 mph.
According to Strongsville police records, an officer stopped Sanders on 71 North around 12:24 a.m. on June 17. A report states Sanders was driving 101 mph, 41 miles over the posted speed limit."

Just saw a story on this. Evidently he had another speeding ticket for 92 in a 65 about 10 days prior and the day before this last on he failed to appear in court for the first one. If this is what we can expect in terms of responsibility from Sanders then the outlook isn't good. I believe it's why everyone shied away from him at the draft, he seems like the proverbial drama queen with the silver spoon in his mouth who thinks he's above the rules.

I'd say typical. 20 something year old kid with a first taste of luxury and a nice car but that's a big negative on him since he is Deion's kid so I'm going to just say "Stupid"
To me it's just another sign that Deion and Shedeur have grossly over-estimated themselves. First, there was no agent, nobody to keep control as the NCAA season ended and the draft crept close. Now there is still nobody. This young man had all the advantages his father should have provided, being an NFL player and HOF'er who had lived with the fame, media and attention that goes with it. Shedeur should have been schooled in all the things to do and say, all the pitfalls to avoid. Instead, he's making all the mistakes and drawing all the negative publicity at a time when he needs to be setting an example and focused on football.
He is helping everyone who wants to see him fail.

All valid points for sure but he could very well end up. being the absolute steal of the draft.
He definitely has a lot more training with former NFL players than the usual college QB. At the same time he was set up his whole college career in programs based to hype him up and Deion is great at marketing.
There is a chance he ends up being a steal but his reputation in college would suggest otherwise. The other thing too is with Dillon being drafted in the 3rd thats just a pretty high wasted pick if youre going to start Sanders.
So it looks like the Cleveland Browns will be moving from the city of Cleveland for the 2nd time in 30 years. The team has received help from an unexpected ally --- the State of Ohio Legislature!!! That body made changes to the so-called "Modell Law" which was enacted after the first time the team left, with the sole intention of preventing the team from being moved again. The Ohio Legislature simply changed that law(they say "revised" the law) to allow a move as long as the team stays within the state of Ohio.
As is normal with politicians their plan is very short-sighted with probably no thought of anything past what's right in front of them now. It just so happens that the Cincinnati Bengals are in negotiation with Hamilton County over a new lease agreement and the team wants significant improvements made to Paycor Stadium as part of terms. Their current lease is up June 30th. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, right??
This crap makes me crazy as the fans, and most importantly, residents who may/may not even care about these rich man sports teams get saddled with helping build the facilities. I have lived in the Greater Cleveland area my entire life and watched what was once a fine city be shredded. Cleveland is part of what people laughingly call the rust belt without considering the sacrifice the residents have made. All the industry has been sold out and moved overseas, the people have left and what was once a thriving town is now a shell.

What happened? Did he act up here or in the coin forums?
Not sure, apparently there was some type of argument about a couple Morgan Dollars and it got real catty lol. I didn't see anything that was ban worthy but its possible that some comments got removed.

Geographically the AFC West and the NFC East are really weird. No one considers KC to be in the West or Dallas to be in the East. Miami being so far away from everyone in their division is just weird too

It's always the fix what isn't broken thing
I get they wont change it but its just weird it ever even happened that way. How does Miami the team the furthest south end up in a division where everyone else is in the north east when theres two other teams in FL alone and none of the 3 are in the same division? Not really much can be done about the AFC West unless they add teams, but theres some pretty obvious fixes in the south east that would make more sense
