A wee bit too dark (?) and appears to be lightly stained on the reverse.
I say CAC will pass.
Reverse toning is unattractive. Will not CAC.
I don't feel comfortable guessing this one via pictures. There may be a bit of very light rub on the high points but I would need the coin in hand to check the luster.
Regardless, it's an attractive coin that I like. A nice addition for Mr. 20c.

As much as JA loves original coins, I think this is too dark to be sure it's truly Unc, but it also looks on my monitor like there are scratches in the Right obv field and the coin was darkened to hide them?

I'll go out on a limb and say yes to a green bean. I like the coin, and I've seen CAC stickers on coins with "stained" spots before.

Too dark for my tastes, and I don’t think CAC will like it either,
I don't think the eye appeal is there for it to CAC.

CAC loves dull/dark coins.
My gut thinks that the surfaces have a look in hand that leads me to think it should get a green. I like the look

Dull dark toning, high point rub and looks to be quite the disturbance on the lower right-facing field.

Overall, a nice coin. But I think CAC won’t like the right obv field & the lower rev.

The reverse toning is a little offsetting. Under a light source it looks nice, but on hand it looks blotchy and dark.

Some scratches in right obv field look abit too much for a 64 and perhaps directed intentionally………….
I just noticed also - something looking fishy in the field above Ms. Liberties head. My experience is that I get one of those red stickers with an arrow pointing to something like this if there………………..

Another consensus defying result, as 77% of the forum votes were not in favor of the bean.
As much as I like the coin, admittedly I was skeptical of it meeting CAC's standards. While highly original (IMO), it is a darker coin as several comments pointed out, and there is some scruffiness in the right obverse field.
I'm thrilled it was enough to pass as a 64, as it upgrades my four-coin 20c business strike set from 50% CAC to 75% CAC, and adds a nice value bump to this Philly issue, which is a low mintage circulation strike issue of just 37k pieces.
At CAC, this is now a pop 13 in 64, with 13 stickered higher. Coincidentally, I also had an 1875 in 63 sticker in the submission before this one, so I have made 5% of the 40 stickered mint state coins of this issue.

I hesitated to vote because I'm always worried about surface treatments, etc. However, I've seen many "dark" coins pass because they are original and have not had surface treatments. CAC is NOT about eye appeal.
You must have liked the look of this coin in hand or you would not have bought it.
I said no too, for same reasons everyone else had, it must look better in hand, I am happy for you, you did good with these 4 posted, and it was fun to read and fun to follow.

I suspect this one is quite attractive in hand as it is tilted and rotated so the color can be appreciated.
