The last Mays, the third Seaver looks like a 10 chance with that centering. Chris, this box sure looks well centered according to the star players. I have not seen the 90/10 examples on any of these cards. Very nice results.

Looking for high grade rookie cards and unopened boxes/cases

I normally would agree but in the "SGC order" thread here is seem at least they are dinging 1973 cards for back chipping, reducing what used to be 8's and 9's down to 3's :(

    https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1109246/sgc-order/p1

    Example:

It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Not even a minute do I buy the whole buh buh buh I'm a man-child japery - Me (2025)

What a shame for back chipping to devalue such pretty cards by that many grades.

Those 73's are so beautiful to look at. The Mays cards with those absolute razor sharp edges and corners is a sight to see!

    Thanks for sharing as always!

Ad visible stopped around 83401. Some of the ad green/red tint surface through 83651, but most are black out version. Ripken FF runs through 90091.

I think this website for the Ripken error shows it runs through 90171 - https://www.postwarcards.com/pulling-the-bill-ripken-ff-error-from-1989-fleer-wax-boxes/

Most important to me is that the cards stay safe and in the best possible condition. Do you think the product you just ordered is superior? Presentation wise yours is far superior.

I ordered them because I want to see my collection and digging through cases has become a hassle.

Love the Shellz slab shields w/99% UV protection. Just place another order for 50. Wish they made them for SGC

I just ordered Black Luggage Tags to attach to each Binder Carry Handle so I can label each Binder - Baseball, Football, etc...

Will help to ID contents with ease rather than unzipping the entire Binder to look.

I didn't know a ton about how light interacted with different materials until recently. I guess, not only light, but also humidity, and also the concentration of different things in the air. You could say it was illuminating. But also kind of scary what I learned.

It looks awesome. I will order a couple and see if the preservation/safety matches up. If it does I will order a bunch. Thanks for letting us know about this product.

    Hey Chris,
Any issue with PSA holders across the "generations"
I believe the earliest PSA holders are thinner than current versions.
Are they "sloppy" in the case holders?

I don't think it's a problem. Will try and check tomorrow and report back.

This may very well be my favorite thread on any Internet Forum!

P.S. received my huge Hero Diamond Shell order from Shellz yesterday :)

Looking forward to displaying some of my late 60-early 70s Topps non-sports test issues on rotating basis in my home office.

I am in total agreement with Chris that this is the best way to store your cards and be able to view them when you want, instead of having them stuffed into a box. I have been doing this for about 6 years now. Around 2019 I had a manufacturer in China produce cases of these for me and I was selling them on ebay. When my own personal collection starting growing like crazy, I decided to stop selling them and have kept them for myself. Down to about 160 4-card sheets now.

I can honestly say my vigor for collecting cards multiplied once I realized how easy it had become to look at my favorite cards and sets.

UFF, good idea on the binders. You could use Apple Airtags to track as well.

IMHO a 1/1 Vintage HOFer exceeds that of any team card. By how much is something for the market to determine

    BTW WOW on both

I agree with the comment above. But I mean it is the YANKESS team we are talking about here.
But would have to kind of say yeah why not.
I dont follow this set in high grade but again it's the Yankees Team card. Mantle,Maris,Berra just to name a few on the card itself.
Btw can you just give it to me for free? Please?
