I know many of you have been members for awhile and have likely seen my early copper collection, but after viewing yet another awesome coin from @renomedphys I thought I'd post mine again all in one thread. If you really want to be impressed, please visit his registry set!

AU58 CAC - purchased in 2012 from CVM and thus the "oldest" copper coin in my collection

Eventually I will add a Matron Head large cent as the next one in my small collection. Not a hard type to acquire, but I want it to be well struck and might favor a tan BN version.

I never bought an early copper as a collector, but I recently handled this Wreath Cent. Bought & Sold at ANA, my bid was the highest in the room and I had it sold in about 2 hours. I really like early copper, I could see myself putting away a nice chain cent one of these days.

@Floridafacelifter, I am super impressed with the 2 examples that you have posted.
Your Fugio at Pop 2/0 is as good as they come. Mine is MS65BN but has a small lamination on the obverse so it is tagged as a mint error.
Your 1793 S-4 is simply astounding. I am surprised it did not make AU58. It looks much better in the PCGS Coinfacts pics than any of the other AU55s. I believe it could make an EAC grade of net EF45 by some members.
My large cent type set is shown in the PCGS Registry Set 'Large Cent Type Set (1793-1857)' named 'Veronica Large Cent Type Set' and it is currently ranked at 14/121. The link is:

I am most proud of my 1808 at MS66BN with Pop 4/0. I do not have the two 1793 examples. I could maybe afford the 1793 wreath that would fit in with the others but could never get a 1793 chain anywhere near as nice as yours.

That one was in Naftzger's Collection which included an envelope which stated that it was an exceptional example of a very common coin. I passed through at least major EAC collection before it came to me.

Since the Fugio cent has been addressed in a few of the comments above, I wanted to go ahead and show mine and ask those who specialize more in that area how much the value should be discounted, if any, because of the lamination, or perhaps because it is in a NGC holder.
I purchased it because it appears to have both a good strike and eye appeal.

Tough to put a number on it, that's a coin whose value needs to be determined by an auction. It does have some nice redeeming qualities, mainly strike, but the lamination will eliminate a large percentage of the buyer pool. Someone who wants a type coin will likely not want one with a distraction like that. @CoinRaritiesOnline handles many Fugios, perhaps he has more insight.

Here are five from my Type Set:
- Actually Crosslet 4 Stemless, not Plain 4 Stemless, so should be PCGS #1072, not #1063
- MS64+RD w/CAC. I call this my “Ash Wednesday “ Half Cent, lol. Bought as a 64RD, but when I got it in hand, I liked it so much, I sent it back to PCGS for Reconsideration. Despite the large carbon spot, they agreed, and added on the plus.
