I know many of you have been members for awhile and have likely seen my early copper collection, but after viewing yet another awesome coin from @renomedphys I thought I'd post mine again all in one thread. If you really want to be impressed, please visit his registry set!
XF45 CAC
AU58 CAC ex Naftzger-Reynolds
AU58 CAC - purchased in 2012 from CVM and thus the "oldest" copper coin in my collection
MS64 CAC ex Col Ellsworth/Hettger
MS64+ CAC ex Bland/Bird/Reynolds
Eventually I will add a Matron Head large cent as the next one in my small collection. Not a hard type to acquire, but I want it to be well struck and might favor a tan BN version.
Please post your early copper favorites in celebration of what the working man used everyday to survive.

NGC VF-30, Actually something like Fine-15 to VF-20
NGC AU-50. It's actually an EF-40
PCGS MS-62. EAC AU-50 in the condition census, but they would never sell it to you for AU money. Ex Dan Holmes.
PCGS AU-53, CAC
NGC AU-58
PCGS MS-65, R&B from the Randle Hoard
PCGS MS-65, R&B
If ancients weren't my primary focus, US Copper would be my weakness.
I still have my U.S. coins and these are the only coppers I have.
They're all raw. Which is my preferred way of collecting.
1855 Knob Ear MS65BN
1853 N-15 MS64 BN CAC Ex. J.R. Grellman, Robinson Brown
A few more-
G4 - 1794 head of 94
AG3 - 1798/7
Awesome. Thanks all for sharing. I am trying to learn something about early copper. Always fun to see what people have picked for their own collections!

MS 66 RB, ex Naftzger, one of six I obtained at the 2009 Goldbergs sale of his Middle Dates. I never sent any of them to CAC; probably should...

Bill, that's an exceptionally nice Randall Hoard coin. Most of them are as ugly as GSA CC Morgans.

@Floridafacelifter You know what to do!

I never bought an early copper as a collector, but I recently handled this Wreath Cent. Bought & Sold at ANA, my bid was the highest in the room and I had it sold in about 2 hours. I really like early copper, I could see myself putting away a nice chain cent one of these days.

Here's a few of mine, not in the greatest condition but was an initial foray into that arena via the Dansco 7070.

I just have a few. I'm having a great time looking at everybody's early coppers! (images got mixed up, probably tried to upload too many at the same time!)
@Floridafacelifter, I am super impressed with the 2 examples that you have posted.
Your Fugio at Pop 2/0 is as good as they come. Mine is MS65BN but has a small lamination on the obverse so it is tagged as a mint error.
Your 1793 S-4 is simply astounding. I am surprised it did not make AU58. It looks much better in the PCGS Coinfacts pics than any of the other AU55s. I believe it could make an EAC grade of net EF45 by some members.
My large cent type set is shown in the PCGS Registry Set 'Large Cent Type Set (1793-1857)' named 'Veronica Large Cent Type Set' and it is currently ranked at 14/121. The link is:

I am most proud of my 1808 at MS66BN with Pop 4/0. I do not have the two 1793 examples. I could maybe afford the 1793 wreath that would fit in with the others but could never get a 1793 chain anywhere near as nice as yours.
Really great early copper everyone. Glad to see FFL is posting. My Fugio is only a 64 brown but also
N-11a.
Thanks fellas- beautiful coins here!
That one was in Naftzger's Collection which included an envelope which stated that it was an exceptional example of a very common coin. I passed through at least major EAC collection before it came to me.
Thank you for the compliment.
Sorry about the picture quality. Purchased at a garage sale some years ago.
Since the Fugio cent has been addressed in a few of the comments above, I wanted to go ahead and show mine and ask those who specialize more in that area how much the value should be discounted, if any, because of the lamination, or perhaps because it is in a NGC holder.
I purchased it because it appears to have both a good strike and eye appeal.
Tough to put a number on it, that's a coin whose value needs to be determined by an auction. It does have some nice redeeming qualities, mainly strike, but the lamination will eliminate a large percentage of the buyer pool. Someone who wants a type coin will likely not want one with a distraction like that. @CoinRaritiesOnline handles many Fugios, perhaps he has more insight.

Fantastic Ryder-10, especially with the full wheat sheaf on the shield!
This coin has been discussed in the forum before, and I would say the same thing now that I said then - I would value it like a 63 BN.

I"ll repeat what others have said: amazing selection of U.S early copper coins!
Some EAC coins from my collection: 1787 - 1797
@Eddi I'll repeat what I've said before, what glee would be had by visiting your home to hold in hand this history. I'm enamoured with your collection in the raw. I know you're in Europe, but many someday I can bring a bottle of fine wine to you and share our collection journeys!
