How about a Sample? Generation 4, no PCGS on the label,...I believe.
"Removing the Doily and placing a green label was the next step in the PCGS sample's slab evolution. The sharp outer rim was still used on this example. All examples from this time period either have a MS64 or MS65 Roosevelt Dime inside although the dates vary."
