Have not posted in quite a while! I think this coin deserves a post. Cell phone pics. I will post more when I shoot good images.
This is one of only 5 Indian Cents graded 65RD with a Gold Bean (none higher). I also have 1909 65RD in an old blue holder 7 digit cert. I will post photos when I shoot them. Not in this thread of course.
That's a really cool 1887 IHC. I also have an IHC with a gold CAC sticker on it in MS65RD, but it's in an old NGC holder so it is off limits for this thread.

Looks under graded, beautiful example.
It definitely has 66 eye appeal in hand, very clean watery fields. It could be that the spot on the “V” held it back from “exceeding” at CAC. I’m quite pleased with it, and it’s in my favorite generation holder.
Does the green CAC sticker mean that CAC thinks that your coin isn't worthy of a MS61 grade in which case it would have received a gold CAC sticker? Great looking coin worthy of a higher grade assuming the reverse is just as nice as the obverse.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

The coin @logger7 posted does have a gold sticker, but to answer your question, a green sticker does NOT necessarily mean that CAC doesn’t believe the coin is worthy of a higher grade. Generally JA seems to reserve the gold stickers for coins that would grade at least 1.5 to 2 points higher. I’ve seen comments that he has made to that effect.

And another, owned both of these at one point, but I believe they have both been cracked out since. Sad.

That's a darn shame.

Another very original Barber proof in a CAC’d OGH. I have a small hoard going at this point.

This one still lives in the OGH, but has never made a CAC trip.

(Old Green Label Holder, No Rattlers)
That's coin discrimination, you have been warned...LOL
If doily holders are allowed, then I add this, certainly not an annoying rattler, lol.
