    That's a really cool 1887 IHC. I also have an IHC with a gold CAC sticker on it in MS65RD, but it's in an old NGC holder so it is off limits for this thread.

    It definitely has 66 eye appeal in hand, very clean watery fields. It could be that the spot on the “V” held it back from “exceeding” at CAC. I’m quite pleased with it, and it’s in my favorite generation holder.
