    That one is...the 92 in the lower right corner is debatable.

    Actually, now that you mention it, the 93 is also a chopmarked oval stamp that has not been properly authenticated either.
    The mark is rather deeply set, it may be a contemporary counterfeit stamp on a legit 8R that found its way to China..

    I’ve long wondered what possessed the person who modified this 1945 into a 1915. VDB on Lincoln’s shoulder is visible in the second pic.
