Sometime ago had acquired a raw 1858 penny (obverse picture below) which is "supposedly" a brothel token and posting the NSFW image of the reverse here may not be appropriate.
Sometimes you get returns that are tough to understand ... where you might ask for reasons "why?" Even in hand, I honestly didn't get "cleaned" in this case. I also felt this is AU58 not Unc. I need to take a refresher grading course I guess.

CAC really doesn't care about the holder Lenny... interesting thought. They aren't considering the holdered grade 'suspect' with the wrong label? They didn't pick up that the O-mintmark is missing? and stickered anyway? Interesting revelation.

I am bringing the completed (other than a '77) set of Indian Head Cents to FUN. You might have to check out Liz Coggan's table early to see them.
Out of this set, this 1894 is the most incredible '94 I have ever seen. Maybe the best Indian Cent I have ever seen. Can't wait to find out what our hosts think:
