I have used that page but it also has /trueview/(insert cert number)
in the URL.
When this one came up I went looking for it and found it.
So at least this one is/was a current trueview. Don't know about others or how the page is working.

probably the only reason i didn't post one was because by the time i found one, there would be hundreds of images to this thread and they are all too large in MB size for their dimensions size, so it would be kinda rough on those with lesser devices and killer on bandwidth without as much of the payoff given the cost of the MB size.
perhaps you could channel the aether and pull some out of there?

ack. you're right. goes to show i like high-grade 80-o dollars. lolfwiw, i am pretty sure i seen the same ones multiple times. since i didnt' see any image names, i can't say for sure if they were dupes or images more than once. - BUT i obviously to see what you see and surely the only thing that can account for that is 2 images of the same coin? i didn't edit anything, just posted from there to here.
i was thinking of doing a page search to see what that showed for image names but never got around to it and now mreureka posted that j38a pattern counterfeit and it has my attention now.
unless someone beats me to it, i'll probably do the page search thing since it has yielded fruit from many a site previously.

I think it might be from when a customer didn’t order a trueview, but PCGS took pictures anyway and used them in CoinFacts or something like that. I say that because if I go in my PCGS account and look up old submissions from when I submitted raw coins I have a few of those where I didn’t order trueviews. Like this one

Possible on some of the photos, but I always ordered TrueViews with my submissions.

@jwitten has a 1927 quarter eagle with a die break in the same area so I'm guessing that is what it might be although the shape is quite odd so it could be something else.
