Why are you selling this as a unique doubled die? The feedback you received says it clearly isn't. Deceiving potential buyers is something that is considered serious by many members here and I would recommend you cancel the listing.

Yes posting was deleted after knowledge was obtained. Was sold to me as a ddo. Sorry to everyone who got upset

Just a bit of advice for you. We (and you) learn things on these boards by leaving the information up for others to read long after we are done with the issue at-hand. If we all deleted everything once we got the information we wanted then the site would not nearly be as valuable to everyone else. In the future, leave your posts up so others can learn.

I think it's more about his getting caught trying to sell the problem.

I'm not the one who discovered your listing. I'm not the only one who expressed concern about what you were doing.

It would have been much better if you had simply owned up to your "mistake" and moved on.

I deleted the listing. Admitted my wrong. And learned from other users. No one bought the coin or even had the chance to. No one got ripped off but me. I didn’t check the forum or eBay for days. Lesson learned

We appreciate your ending the listing. I appreciate your taking ownership. But you responded at 1:53 pm on 5/31 about the strike doubling and the listing wasn't ended until after the listing was broadcast here. The connection between those events may not be as direct as it seems, but you can understand why we are connecting the two.

Here is one that sold looks very similar

Strike doubling is very common. What is nearly impossible is a DDO with a DDR and a D/D.
