Neat Lincoln Cent Error… what exactly do I have here?

I was chatting with a coworker today and during the conversation found a pile of change on his table, so I started going through it while we were talking. I found this cent and knew I had something! I don’t know what error it is exactly, so maybe you can help. I know there’s a super sharp clip because I almost cut myself on it. And of course while I don’t know exactly how valuable it is, I know the question isn’t if it’s valuable, but rather just how extremely valuable is it?

I had pizza! And there were a bunch of high grade 2021 quarters. Probably at least MS71 or 72 if I sent them to PCGS.

It looks like a dog chewed on it before swallowing it and pooping it out. The person picking up the poop noticed a rare coin and cleaned it off before spending.
So list it on eBay as a

Looks like it was struck in a special granite collar that was then released with the coin. Yeah, that's it. Gotta be worth at least $60/sq ft, I imagine.
