A Nice (in my opinion) 1804 Cent - how would you grade it?

Most EAC collectors generally aspire to own either a 1793 Chain, a 1793 Wreath, a 1799, and an 1804 cent.
I have been blessed and fortunate to be able to own most of these, save for the 1799.
From this group, this 1804 Sheldon S-266, die state C (die breaks on both obverse and reverse, and also the die state most commonly encountered) is one of better examples among the early dates in my collection.
Please let me know what you think, and how you, and a TPG would grade it.
This coin has pleasant color and quite smooth surfaces, a small rim bump visible on the obverse should also be mentioned.

VF25 might be slightly liberal considering the rims above STATES.

Those are the 3 dates I never owned when I had accumulated a low ball date run of Large Cents around 10 years ago. I was considering an 1804 at the time... worn, no date, and only identifiable by the obverse cud. I think it was still close to $1k.

Mine is a VG details old ANACS holdered example, cleaned and retoned, from a Goldbergs auction some years ago.

Thank you for your comments and opinion so far. My own grade is ''better than VG10, but just a tiny bit short of F12''.
But, I'm a very strict grader, especially with my own coins.
Would you say this is a candidate for CAC grading?
Note this is a moot point, because where I live (Germany) CAC is not available. However, I'm curious if CAC would consider this quality worthy of their label.
CAC might consider the micro porosity a deal breaker.
Perhaps though, as this is such a tough date nice, it would get a green bean.

Please let me comment on your remark about the micro porosity. In my opinion, for an early copper the surfaces
of this specimen are about as even and smooth as one might hope to find in a specimen which has seen extensive circulation, but which is not porous.
It could be that what appears like slight porosity is actually light surface roughness which is magnified by the lighting.
In hand, the surfaces are in fact quite even and relatively smooth and pleasing. The is only my opinion.

I love early, scarce-dated copper.
I would say Fine-12 overall.
Back when I tried to get my early copper graded, in the early 2000s, several of them came back in body bags for "cleaned" or artificial coloring. I think you might have had that problem back then. Now the services have loosened up a bit, which is actually fair. For a key date coin like this, which is reasonably attractive, sticking it in a body bag is silly. The most important part is, "Is it genuine and too messed up?'
BTW the 1804 and more especially 1799 are the two coins that discourage me from completing and large cent date set. As a "light weight collector," the die varieties are way beyond my station, let alone die states.

Now to your question. I hate yo say it this way, but it's almost a flip of the coin. If the grader is having a good day, it straight grades around VF20. If it's a bad day, he calls it Genuine it and drops the Details a grade and gives you a VG Details.
In either case, it is a very lovely example you should be proud to own.
I'd have no problem with a net F15 (VF20 Details), but I love detail and am more forgiving of minor problems than many.

Copper is not my specialty, but I could see that in either a F12 or a F15 holder from our hosts. More importantly, I think it has a good shot to straight grade, so it would be worthwhile there. I have no idea on CAC, but I think at VG10 or F12 it has a shot with CAC if the porosity doesn't do her in.
As I said, copper is not my specialty, but IMO, that is a very attractive coin.

I believe I would love to own this piece, but I feel it would grade at F12 and I think it looks better than that.
