Right now, I'm waiting for 8 coins I sent to PCGS almost 2 months ago. Hoping for straight grades and high grades!
Other than that. Maybe a PL PCGS graded Morgan Dollar?

I am not seeking anything specific. As in recent years past, I just buy what interests me when I see it. Could be a new Mint issue (such as the CC privy this year), or just something I see on a dealers site. A fun way to collect (for me) with no pressure for set completion. Cheers, RickO
One of these days I'm just going to go full stoopid (can't even spell it) and buy a coin I always hoped to find in change as a kid, like a 1955 double die Lincoln cent or a 42/1 Mercury dime, or maybe both of them. Mercs still occasionally popped out of soda machines when I was a kid in the 70's but they were few and far between. I can't even find a copper cent in my change these days! Seriously! And there are just sooooooooo many fookin' quarters... no wonder kids don't collect coins anymore.
I've got 15 US and 3 foreign issues on my long term wish list. I will hope to acquire one of these items in 2022 and if I am exceedingly fortunate two or three.
When the funds are available, I would like to pickup a 1944 S and 1945 S Jefferson Nickel MS66FS or higher.

For years I've been putting off getting a nice looking Trade Dollar for a type coin - maybe 2022 will be the year.

I’m looking for something difficult enough to find right now I’d rather not say. This particular thing is a little hard to find but I’m picky. I’m looking for a good buy for an outstanding example in a specific grade range. That’s a whole different story.
I might settle for 2/3 of the above requirements, but I’m not going to sacrifice on quality.

There's a couple Morgan type specimens I'd like to get. Waiting for all the vendors to reshuffle their wares after the FUN show. Unless there's some gold double liberties thatnwould take a priority over the Morgan's.

I'd love to pick up an obverse MM classic head but the prices have skyrocketed

Narrowing it down... Maybe a dozen coins in all
1) A stretch financially, a 1938d Buff in MS68
2) A stretch in reality, a certain, typically unattributed VAM, in MS65
3) A mini set of the reverses in AU or better 1878 8tf Vam in the 14's
1 and 2 are unlikely... 3 is realistic

I really want to get ahold of some slabbed Dahlonega or Charlotte gold. Honestly, anything straight-graded is fine, as I understand the insane premium many of these coins already carry. If that does not pan out, I would like a "common" CC gold in any denomination.
Lastly, I will complete my Indian quarter set--just need 3 more dates.
I’ll be on the lookout for a 2022 No D cent. Living 45 miles from Philadelphia I’m certain to find one
At this point, I'd just be happy getting the few each 2020-D mint cents thru halves we need to get our collections up-to-date............... Otherwise, my family all has their health, which is plenty for me!!
