My prettiest example of a 1795 C-1a Liberty Cap Half Cent .
It used the #1 Obverse and the "A" Reverse.
It is on a thick, lettered edge planchet, weighing in at 111.2 grains
Rarity-3 (450 estimated examples)
In my opinion, a very fine obverse and a extremely fine reverse,
Probably cleaned and re-toned at some point in time.

    Agree with it probably being cleaned and retoned, but still a very nice example.

    That's got some meat left on the bones. Very nice, the cleaining doesn't bother me too bad with that much character.

    Agree... likely cleaned and retoned, but the surfaces are super nice and there's a lot of detail there. I like it!
