1983 Lincoln Cent with crazy Mint mark errors needs expert opinion

Hello, I have this 1983 penny with a couple different errors on it and would like to know what I should call these errors when I submit it for grading. There is double or triple strikes on the Mint mark, an error on the date over the 8 and the T in Liberty looks weird as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    That is just the start of zinc rot. The copper plating around the mint mark splits exposing the zinc and allowing the corrosion to start.

    Corrosion. The copper plating is thin and if it's breached, the zinc can be exposed to the environment and corrode. Like rust on your car fender.

    that at the T looks like a surface contaminant.

    let's just say the mint made some mistake and it "left the dies that way"

    what you are looking at would be in no way dramatic enough to submit.

    Agree with the zinc rot bubble - do not send that in, save your money .

    Welcome aboard @CoinJegeren.
    This happens a lot when the Zinc coins get wet in some way.
    They corrode easily even if they do not get wet.
    There is no added value for these types of coins.
