Very nice….. but in those states of preservation, even a Jefferson nickel would look pretty good!

The Peace Dollar is all there. If it looks as good in person as the TV, then it is something to marvel over.

Thank You! I def. paid up for it. It's a MS-66 CAC, but more important, the luster is just magnificent....It drips off that coin. Got a few hidden little marks, but they are easy to ignore with that coin.

I couldn't see a 67 being any better - especially if you have to pay way more for them - I buy the coin and the look, not the number on the slab. It looks like a spectacular coin and a few marks here and there make you realize how miraculous such a coin is in getting through the process without getting banged up.

Totally right @thefinn To survive with clean fields and cheek virtually impossible the way they were handled/bagged 100 years ago. Here is my 1923. Same grade MS-66. It's non CAC. The coin is close, but the quality of the luster is not equal to the 1922.

I'm a big fan of blast white lustrous Peace Dollars. Here are my '23 and '25 — both MS66 with a CAC sticker on the 25.

That 1922 Peace Dollar needs a plus at the very least. You could cut the frost on the eagle with a knife it's so thick!
