Please give a grade. Original PCGS Green Label Holder. Scratches are on the plastic.

64 or 65, I'd guess. The obverse is a bit out of focus, and I can't tell if the dark spots are corrosion or just ordinary toning.
66 looking reverse. 64 obverse...... so 64.

Looks like a 64 or 65 to me. Better odds of a 64 in the OGH days than today when I'd expect it to probably be in a 65 holder, so I'll guess 64 but not be surprised if it's a 65.

I see 65+ or 66, no way a 64 based strictly on this photo alone
N.B. There were no '+' grades when this coin was submitted.
From the second obverse photo, it appears there may be a corrosion spot between the R and T in LIBERTY. If so, it may have developed in the holder. Or it could just be a photo artifact.
I'm going 65. And remember, any toning is just part of its "fully original luster".
It is there, but has not progressed in 15 years since I've got the coin.

That is an middle aged version of the OGH holder and graded more conservatively. Should get a CAC sticker. Do not try to get an upgrade as you will lose the nice early OGH label.
This holder plus green sticker is virtually equal in value to a new PCGS slabbed MS-65 and someday will exceed its value.
Not to worry - I have a small collection of PCGS Green Label Holders and intend to keep this with them!

Agree with the grade and Orville's comments. I don't know how they grade them now, but between the chatter on the skirt lines and hit on the face, I said MS 64. I can see JA stickering this coin.
These are attractive coins which won't break the bank.
