    @panexpoguy That was a fun trip, I've done it a few times now over the years. It's a hotspot for sure when the steelhead are running!

    The implants are positioned under the pectoralis major muscle on the chest wall so that does provide additional support and transfers some of the weight to the skeleton. So it’s not exactly the same as hanging a four pound weight around your neck. (400cc implants more or less weigh 1 pound).

    Been thinking about putting one up ... and then I saw the medical theme start to overtake the fishing theme, and so I thought I'd share this one :D

    Probably won't help you recognize me, except with a scanner or if you look really close at my right ring finger. There's a fishing story in there too if you can get me to share it (requires an in person moment, preferably over a beer). The titanium and stainless is still in there there ... a little over six years now.

    Actually, I let him go. I wasn’t set up for fishing that day just chilling with the family. But I never leave home without the trusty bass rod and I might of inadvertently loaded some silver spoons and still leaders in the picnic box. ;)
