Sorry, not good. I have seen this fake several times before. The "Bust of Liberty off to the left" is a 1795 variety, not a 1796 variety.
She also has two little "vampire marks" on her throat which are seen on all of the these fakes.
All genuine 1796 Bust Dollars have a centered bust like this one.
Here is the real thing. It's not my coin, but I would like to have one some day.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

I’m skeptical of the authenticity, but dang that’s a cool looking coin. I wouldn’t mind owning it for a few bucks, as I’ll never own a real one.

I was trying to show that the Chinese copy was made from the 1795 bust off-center dollar with the date changed to 1796. As such it is an easily spotted fake.

Doesn't look right to me
Looks off to me. The surfaces and hair/feather details look particularly not right.

Hmm, let me take out my microscope. A few words, carry small on the rim.
I think it spells out “ made in China “
Yes, much better than your typical Chinese knock off but, fortunately, not too deceptive.
Bad to the bone.
Not genuine... and not a great fake either.... Seems to be a lot of these out there....Cheers, RickO

My exact thoughts.
Nice fake!
No kidding, it would fill a hole in my type collection - LOL!
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
I could afford the fake.
