Can't tell from the pic, but the seller offers a return offer, which will prevent someone getting totally screwed.
Olive branch in eagles talons on reverse looks blobby. I'd say yes, it's a fake.

Ms. Liberty looks like Alice the Goon from the old Popeye cartoons. As the the rest of the artwork, it’s an “unreasonable facsimile.”
Miss Liberty should be beautiful, NOT in need of a rhinoplasty.
