Hi all - After a break of 10+ years I am getting back to the coin world. In the time I started a successful company and spent my time dedicated to it and the young family. I use to post quite a bit, Lincolns and Jeff's and anything 68 (18XX and 19XX) were mostly my specialty. I have not posted sine AC Hair Kennedy halves by Russ were big and Betty posted quite a bit. My sets are #1 in 1968, and drats just got beat by DL on the 1868 mint set.

    Welcome Back Clack!

I do remember you ... I also went dark, for 7+ years (came back last May). I think you'll recognize more than a few still here. Hope your passion gets reignited, and it'll be interesting what you pursue next.

I like the new format, it is definitely different. I do still have the 68 set, and expanded to 1868. You should check it out. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Do you still have that 58-P MS67 Lincoln I made and sold to you? I thought I saw it on coin facts as a 67+ - which it was.

Not sure I remember you as I was likely not active 10 years ago but welcome back, from a fellow Oregonian.

Alas, I sold that beauty in the 1/27/2004 Superior Pre-Long Beach Auction. You thought at the time that it could go for 68 if the reverse didn't have the tiny hits on the lettering. The strength was the even, solid strike, though. Smoebody else got that (warranted) 67+.

I got worried about having all those Red Lincolns around. I did OK in the auction overall, though. I put an addition on the house my wife wanted (that to this day we call the "Lincoln Room"), and thereafter she figured I knew what I was doing with numismatics. So... whatever long-term appreciation I might have lost, the emotional benefits have been incalculable.

I've always been grateful to you ;)

    Good times!
