Does anyone get either error msg with a cert look-up? From a computer, not a cell phone

Started happening a week ago. No idea why. Nothing new on my side.

I've tried a couple of browsers. No difference. I'm logged-in to PCGS with my paid account. I can access my PCGS inventory, Coinfacts, Trueviews, etc. But not the cert look-up.

Anyone got a fix?

Please don't suggest I call customer service. I'd rather choose Hari-kari.

I went directly to the URL https://www.pcgs.com/cert, entered the number you have, and it pulled up the correct coin. Then I went directly to the cert's URL https://www.pcgs.com/cert/10798107, and that worked, too. Then I clicked on the "Verify" icon and it worked again, although my connection might have already passed the Cloudfare bot checker by the time I did that. Sorry, can't get it to fail.

There have been reports of recent access issues with the 'PCGS store' and 'holder museum'. FWIW, I was one of the people having problems with access to the museum.

@TurtleCat recommended that I disable my 'ad blocker' for PCGS.com. This 'worked' for me (i.e., I can now access the museum).

Maybe this will 'work' for you too.

Thanks for the help, fellas. Safari works now. I was sure it wasn't previously. But Chrome is still broken for me.

I guess I'll try clearing cache, browsing history, etc. and see if that helps.

Are you looking from work? Where I am, there's a firewall that blocks all sorts of stuff.

To get mine to work, I had to reset my PCGS password. Then both Edge and Chrome worked again.
