Does anyone know if PCGS will put the COA number on the cert label for MayFlower coins?

I know,,,,,, call them and ask. I was #133 on their call back list and they just called me and I got all my questions answered but forgot to ask about that one. I know the Mint is numbering the COA's so I was wondering?
Also would the package need to be sealed to get the COA number on the label?

Didn't they do this awhile back on another issue?
PCGS will put the silver and gold coins in a 2 coin holder for a $20 oversized holder fee.
That is 2 gold or 2 silver,,,,,,,, actually I didn't ask if they would mix gold and silver in a 2 coin holder,,,,,, just if they would slab the sets,,,,, gold or silver in a dual holder and they will.

I like the idea of the two coins in one holder... No idea about the COA number... makes sense though, since there are a limited quantity of them. Cheers, RickO
will say I'm not a fan of requirements being you send in sealed mint package - being expert graders / authenticators, are they that concerned about forgeries?
it really puts the burden of the unknown on the buyer - I certainly wouldn't want an unsigned coa slabbed
couldn't the mint, after signatures, just take a group photo, as it were, for authentication archives?
honestly don't get what would be so wrong about submitters opening their shipments prior to sending in to see if their coa is signed 🤷♂️
it's a matter of mix and match.
the coins in a sealed box are definitely associated with that number coa, thus the number on the pcgs label matches the coa label.
ok, but as far as mix and match goes, all the coins are minted then get mixed and matched up to their coas, so why would it really matter? not like coa 1 went w the v first coin off the presses, coa 2 w the 2nd, etc 🤔

yes
mayflower usa coas are numbered from what I recall.
this is a case of rules are rules. the coins in the box are "####" to match the coa. that's the way it goes.
righton - im just voicing my opinion that I think those admittedly arbitrary rules are not good - waiting for the day when they are updated to be more practical
I believe it’s so you can’t make a set of a 70 plus a signed cert. If they didn’t do it this way the signed certs could all get paired up with 70s and sell for way more.
What’s the extra $5 charge for though if your cert is found to be signed?

A beautiful Certificate of Authenticity with a brief story of the Mayflower departure and arrival is included along with information about this collaborative set. Both the Director of the United States Mint and the Deputy Master/Chief Executive of The Royal Mint signatures are included on the certificate along with the product limit. These certificates are individually numbered and the United States Mint product limit for this set is only 4,850.
Silver set is the same text but 9,200 limit.

I believe that is just a printed signature,,,,,, not the live signatures that would be the money certificates.
Oh that’s right. The WWII silver medal had the random signed ones.

I believe that is correct. I can't imagine both Mint director's actually signing 10,000 pieces of paper in person...
I should get mine in an hour and will open it up and take a photo of the certificate.
