It's always a good day to get a Crusty Busty

_So the mailman delivered today ... and I feel good
The mailman delivered, like I knew he would
It was just a little package, came safe and sound
Because the mailman delivered ... I feel good_
Tell me you me what you think, guess the grade, confirm the attribution ... critique it if you will ... heck jump the thread and show yours, it's all good ... I'll still be singing ... 'cause it's always a good day to get a Crusty Busty

That looks great. Props to the mailman!
Beautiful! I know why you are happy!
I have a nice one on the way ... and I am equally excited!

She’s a beauty, Todd!
Love the crust and the excellent surfaces on her.
Looks like it’s an AU58 and to be an O.104
I have found that this die marriage often comes with weakness on the reverse scroll.
Here’s another Crusty Busty
Dave
@drddm Thanks Dave! Very nice '30 ... that one is hammered. Looks all there!
Yes, as you pointed out, I think the O-104 almost always comes weakly struck in the reverse scroll and the top of the 5, at least from what I have been able to find. The first of which is even noticeable on the 3rd Edition Plate coin. I was pleased that this one is well struck otherwise, and has nice original surfaces without distractions.
@astrorat Good to see you Lane! You'll have to share when yours arrives!

Very nice skin on that coin. Looks like a textbook 58 to me. Congrats!
Now THAT'S a cool coin.
Nice one, Todd. Very sweet.
I'd call it AU55. Here's mine at that grade.
Lance.
Good day indeed! Nice coin!
@lkeigwin Oh man Lance, for a 104, that one is hammered! So close to fully stuck, and what a great early die state that really shows off the defect lines under the bust.

Nice coin!
That's a pretty nice one I like 😎
Highly original looking (yet unlike many others that are, not unattractive). It looks AU55 to me, but the numerical grade is secondary.

Excellent!! Maybe he'll come back with another cuz the Postman Always Rings Twice!!!!
Lovely coin... AU 55, maybe an AU58 grade... and WHY do I now feel like I'll be singing certain lyrics in my head whenever a coin arrives??
Nice wholesome coin

I like it! 55?
Nice Crusty Busty I’d think about 55 also.

“Many” took a day off on your coin
I like it, including the hints of green color that I see in your pic. Looks very original!

That is indeed a very nice coin....Thanks for showing us. You have good reason to be excited. Cheers, RickO
Very solid and original. Personally, I always pass if the motto above the eagle is weak. I've missed out on a few good ones because of that. Oh, well...........Very nice coin you have there. I like it very much.
Good looking, my initial guess was/is 58.
I really like the look of that coin. Nice addition
Nice coin!

Love that skin on a bustie Todd.
I see her comfortably in a 55 slab.
Nice coin.
Great looking coin. Well done.
Thank you for all the comments! She is in fact in a 55 holder, and in hand I think that is fair. Probably top of that grade. She's got great color and skin, and I really couldn't be happier with her.
@Hydrant It's funny, as a person who really appreciates strike, I too often skip coins with noticeable weak strike areas. This coin had a skin and color and texture ... and a relative lack of marks that got me to look thrice. After checking and finding that this was not a completely unusual feature for this marriage, I decided to bite. Glad I did!

@Onastone He can ring as many times as he wants if he's bringing me these!
