I wonder if this will even be close. Lady Liberty is OK, but the big eagle is significantly better, in my opinion (and that of my kids).

If you're going to do more of these, you might want to create the thread as a poll. Not sure if you can convert this one.

Absolutely the reverse - too bad most shun the reverse.
Will be interesting how this plays out - so far I see I am not alone.

I choose the obverse. Originally, I couldn’t stand that chunky lady with the fat cheeks. Now, I sort of like the old girl. Seems like every coin has an eagle on the reverse, so they are kind of commonplace.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Morgan is not bad, but I prefer either side of a Walker to either of the sides of the Morgan.

My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.

I prefer the reverse but mostly because obverse flaws are always so prominent and off-putting.

But I'm not a Morgan fan so don't give my opinion much weight.

Have you ever seen the painting of the lady who poised for the obverse? She's quite attractive. I'm so happy that the Morgan haters got to get a few digs in about the most popular coins collected. I like a great many coin designs and Morgans are just one of them. I like the Obv and Rev equally but for different reasons.

    The reverse is more attractive.

Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

My least favorite side is the edge. I never cared for reeded edges. Bring back ornate lettering!

Obviously the obverse because (almost) everyone likes Ike... Going by electoral college hardly anyone cared for Stevenson.
